Friends of Downtown is proud to present the 3nd Annual Beers Across the Wabash.  Join us for a fantastic afternoon of sampling craft brews from 25-30 of Indiana’s finest small breweries.  The event will be held at the Reihle Plaza in downtown Lafayette.  In addition to delicious beers, admission includes a commemorative sample cup and live entertainment by Woodstove Flapjacks and others throughout the afternoon.  Look for homebrewing information and demonstrations from Tippecanoe Homebrewers Circle and Homebrewing Organization of Purdue Students.  On-site foodservice will also be available for purchase from D&R CateringOutpost Catering by Sgt. Prestons and The Lafayette Optimist Club.

Looking for the ultimate beer fest experience?  Purchase our Beer Geek Package and you’ll receive early admission to the Beers Across the Wabash festival grounds (1 pm vs 2 pm); a select meal from one of our 3 local vendors; and a Beers Across the Wabash festival t-shirt. 

Please note:  The John T. Myers Pedestrian Bridge will be closed to all traffic throught the event as it is undergoing repair.  Please keep this in mind in making your travel and parking plans.  We look forward to returning to a revitalized bridge in 2015!

YES, ALL PERSONS ATTENDING MUST BE 21+ W/ ID- NO EXCEPTIONS.

What is prohibited from the event grounds?

Can I bring my own camping chair?
YES, FOLDING/CAMPING CHAIRS ARE PERMITTED ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS; HOWEVER, THEY MUST NOT BE SET IN AN AREA WHICH BLOCKS THE FOLLOW OF TRAFFIC.

What are my parking options for the event?
THERE IS A PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE LOCATED AT 2ND & SOUTH STREET, AND ANOTHER LOCATED AT 5TH & SOUTH STREET, BOTH IN DOWNTOWN LAFAYETTE.  THERE IS ALSO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE IN DOWNTOWN LAFAYETTE.

What other facilities will be available at the festival?
THERE WILL BE AMPLE RESTROOM AND HANDWASHING STATIONS.  THERE WILL BE ALSO POTABLE WATER STATIONS, SHADE TENTS AND PICNIC TABLES, AS WELL.

Will there be tickets available at the gate on the day of the event?
PROBABLY NOT.  WE ARE LIMITED IN THE NUMBER OF TICKETS WE CAN SELL TO THIS FESTIVAL, AND WE DON’T ANTICIPATE ANY BEING AVAILABLE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  

What is the refund policy?
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
