Terms & Conditions
-Free reward ticket(s) are only available for eligible Tasting Society Marketplace members who auto-renew or manually renew their membership for each consecutive year (beginning the 2nd year of their membership). To be eligible, the membership renewal MUST take place within 7 days after your previous year’s membership expires.
-Eligible members may only redeem 1 reward ticket for up to two different events (i.e. 1 ticket per event, but 2 tickets total) during their eligibility period. Unredeemed reward tickets may not be carried over to the next year of a membership.
-Requests for reward tickets MUST be made at least 72 hours prior to each eligible event.
-A membership must be active (not previously cancelled) at the time of the reward ticket request and at the time of the event as well.
-Most events will allow a VIP ticket option for the free reward, while some may only offer General Admission tickets. You will get to choose 1 free ticket for the event of your choice, regardless of the ticket type.
-We can only send you your free ticket(s) for an event that’s actively on sale. Meaning, the ticketing site must be created. If you write us to request your free ticket(s) for an event that is not yet on sale, we will kindly ask you check back and make your request once that event is on sale. Many times, we’ll be able to tell you (approximately) when tickets will go on sale for a particular event.
-Some events may “sell out” of the free reward tickets that are available (i.e. “Limited Inventory”). Reward tickets will be issued on a first request basis for events with a Limited Inventory of reward tickets. Once an event is “sold out” of the available free reward tickets, it will be updated on this page. We cannot issue a free reward ticket for any event that is “sold out” of the available tickets. We’ll kindly ask you to choose another event.
-Once Indiana On Tap emails you your promo code for the event you choose for your 1 free reward ticket(s), you cannot change your mind. Meaning, at that point we cannot then change the event you’ve chosen. If you cannot attend the event you chose, you may gift your ticket to someone else.
-These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and for any reason. If this free ticket reward program ends at any time and for any reason, it will be effective immediately for all members and will be clearly stated on this page.
